Kriti  has significant experience in the structuring of cross border transactions, conducting transfer pricing investigations and successfully negotiating Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) with various overseas jurisdictions. Kriti has over 15 years of transfer pricing experience both from a revenue authority and advisory perspective. Kriti had delegated Competent Authority (CA) authority while at Inland Revenue (IR) and 13 years experience as principle advisor. Kriti was also seconded to HMRC for a year. In advisory, Kriti filled the role as director of one of the big four accounting firms in London and at her last job was an associate director of EY.
