Glen has more than 20 years of transfer pricing experience. He has worked with numerous companies to help structure and document their intercompany transactions including: the sale and distribution of products, the provision of technical and management services, contract manufacturing, the license and sale of intellectual property, cost sharing, and intercompany financing arrangements.
In addition, Glen has extensive Canadian controversy experience and has assisted clients in the audit, appeals, competent authority and advanced pricing arrangement (APA) processes.
Glen has serviced clients in a variety of industries including software and technology, oil and gas, mining, industrial manufacturing, and distribution and consumer products and services.
Glen has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).
Glen has presented at numerous seminars on transfer pricing for a variety of professional associations, including: OECD. - Working Party 6, Intangible Assets, Canadian Tax Foundation, Federated Press, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, University of San Diego School of Law.
