Heather Dunbar is the Director of Global Transfer Pricing at a leading Canadian-based public automotive parts manufacturing company, Martinrea International Inc.

In her current role as the Director of Global Transfer Pricing, Heather leads Martinrea’s international transfer pricing as part of a lean corporate tax department within the company’s global headquarters based in Vaughan, Ontario. Overseeing all aspects of the company's global transfer pricing, Heather initiates and executes transfer pricing planning, policy setting, preparation of intercompany legal agreements, development and maintenance of complex global models, implementation, analysis and evaluation of financial results, documentation, and audit defense.

Joining Martinrea in 2016, Heather brings with her 6 prior years of progressive experience in transfer pricing from Ernst & Young LLP. Heather is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
