Senior International Advisor to the Treaty and Transfer Pricing Operations at IRS

John Hughes is Director, Advance Pricing and Mutual Agreement program (APMA), Large Business & International Division, IRS. He is also the chair of the OECD FTA MAP Forum. He previously served as a senior manager in APMA and as a senior advisor in the IRS’s Treaty and Transfer Pricing Operations Practice Area. Before joining the IRS in 2011, John worked at the Washington offices of Mayer Brown LLP.
