Norman Wingen is a Transfer Pricing Advisor at the OECD's Center for Tax Policy and Administration in Paris; currently his work focuses on the tax challenges of the digitalized economy and the transfer pricing implications of COVID-19. Prior to joining the OECD, Norman spent more than a decade in international tax. He first began his career with a Big-4 company working both in Germany and the US before moving in-house to work for US-headquartered multinationals. Norman holds advanced degrees in International Tax from the University of Cologne (Germany) and is a licensed German Tax Adviser.
