Have been responsible for managing numerous transfer pricing audits and appeals, Canada/U.S. bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and competent authority filings for a few Canada/U.S. Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) including one which resulted in an Accelerated Competent Authority Procedure (ACAP) that spanned 10 taxation years.
