Sébastien Rheault is a partner with Barsalou Lawson Rheault LLP, a leading Canadian tax Law firm. He represents multinational enterprise in tax audits, at Competent Authority and before Canadian courts in transfer pricing and a variety of other corporate tax matters. He also provides legal advice on the transfer pricing aspects of transactions, tax incentives (SR&ED credits and other), non-resident trust rules, tax conventions, the General Anti-avoidance Rule (GAAR) and corporate restructurings.
Sébastien (LL.L., cum laude, Dean’s List; Ontario and Quebec Bar; MBA) is recognized as a leading practitioner in transfer pricing by World Transfer Pricing (ITR) and a Controversy Leader by World Tax (ITR).
