Erik Jan van Sten

Global Transfer Pricing Lead at SHELL

Erik Jan van Sten has been a transfer pricing professional since 1999. Prior to joining Shell in 2009, Mr Van Sten was a transfer pricing consultant in private practice. As a member of Shell’s transfer pricing team, he is currently looking after Shell’s finance and insurance business models, assisting with the structuring of major transactions, corporate reorganizations and M&A, and providing assistance in relation to transfer pricing audits and transparency initiatives. Prior to this, he carried out a similar role for Shell’s Upstream, Integrated Gas, and Projects & Technology businesses. Mr Van Sten’s experience includes the management of major projects in the areas of business integration and audit defence.
