Head of Transfer Pricing at STEINHOFF

Marike is based in Stellenbosch, South Africa and heads up Steinhoff International’s transfer pricing, since 2017. The South African head quartered Steinhoff group is an international retailer, operating in 54 countries around the world. In this role she is responsible for the group’s transfer pricing matters, ranging from the preparation of documentation, engaging with revenue authorities and creation and implementation of infrastructure and systems to simplify transfer pricing reporting obligations. Prior to joining Steinhoff, she consulted to large multi-national enterprises on transfer pricing matters and prior to that worked in transfer pricing advisory with KPMG in South Africa.
