Andrew is an Partner at Quorsus, where he leads the Regulatory Consulting business for both the firm and DTCC Consulting Services.

His team help clients navigate and implement regulatory change (most recently CFTC, EMIR REFIT, APAC Rewrites) as well as improving their key operational processes around reporting.

He was previously Head of EMEA Derivatives Reporting for Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for day-to-day management of Goldman’s European regulatory reporting obligations for both the firm and its clients (“delegated” reporting).

At Quorsus, Andrew provides oversight of the portfolio of regulatory reporting projects, as well as devising and shaping new propositions like the Reporting Control Framework.
