REGIS-TR is regulated for EMIR and SFTR by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for FinfraG. In the UK, our sister TR REGIS-TR UK LTD is registered by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to deliver full UK EMIR services after Brexit. REGIS-TR UK LTD was founded in the UK in 2019 and is registered by the FCA for UK EMIR.
