Kevin Cast's career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries spans three decades. He started his career in sales and trade roles at Ciba-Geigy and Serono and then led specialty pharmacy accounts, distribution, and patient support business development at Express Scripts/Accredo/CuraScript SD/United BioSource Corporation for 14 years. Kevin's experience spans hundreds of drug launches and includes insights from the perspective of the industry's leading PBM and specialty pharmacy. He gained deep insider knowledge of global commercialization strategies (Expanded Access Programs, Market Access, Managed Distribution, Nursing Support, etc.) while UBC was an Express Scripts entity, allowing him a unique, holistic view of the pharmaceutical commercial landscape.

Kevin enjoys leveraging his expertise for Archbow clients by developing custom strategies to maximize the current supply/service chain while considering trends that predict future needs. His deep understanding of the global distribution and patient access landscape, including the unique needs of Cell and Gene Therapies, gives manufacturers a leg up when commercializing traditional and complex therapeutics.

He holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Biology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Botany from Oklahoma State University.
