Profile
Hannah is a private wealth lawyer who specialises in advising internationally mobile high net worth clients on a broad range of issues. She has particular expertise in tax planning for UK resident but non-UK domiciled individuals and their families, including in relation to the establishment and taxation of trusts, remittance planning, and succession planning. Her practice further covers advising on the steps non-UK resident individuals should take prior to coming to the UK, and when leaving the UK, to ensure tax efficiency. Hannah regularly works with advisors in other jurisdictions to help international clients undertake planning that is tailored to suit the various jurisdictions to which they are connected.
Hannah has an excellent, highly professional manner with clients and contacts alike. Hannah pays close attention in all client dealings to their needs and objectives and approaches all tasks with an inquisitive and open mind, as well as instinctive commerciality.
Hannah consistently develops innovative, client focused and client appropriate solutions to all the problems and issues she encounters. In doing so, she draws upon an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of private client tax and trust matters, researching technical issues carefully and presenting her advice clearly and succinctly.
Hannah joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2014, having previously trained and worked at Macfarlanes LLP from 2008 to 2014.
