Elan Schefflein is a Senior Compliance Advisor in the MedPro compliance Advisory Services group. Elan works with clients worldwide to help them build and maintain a robust transparency and compliance program. In addition to counseling international and domestic clients on their disclosure obligations, Elan tracks legislative and regulatory updates and is a RegulatoryID Contributor. Prior to MedPro Systems, Elan was Of Counsel at a New York law firm and served as an Assistant District Attorney at Nassau County District Attorney's Office. Elan received his law degree from Brooklyn law school. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar and admitted to practice Federally in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
