Rachael Reynolds is a Partner and Global Head of Dispute Resolution for Ogier. She specialises in complex international trusts and estates disputes and regularly acts for trust professionals and beneficiaries in high value contentious matters. She also specialises in commercial disputes, contentious restructuring and insolvency. Her practice includes giving expert evidence and advice for use in foreign court proceedings and international arbitrations. Rachael is an advocate and appears regularly in the Cayman courts. She has been involved in many of the important precedent setting trust decisions in the Cayman Islands over the last decade, including in the area of international cooperation, firewall and asset tracing.

Rachael joined Ogier in 2007 and previously practised at Clyde & Co in London from 2001-2007, having been called to the English Bar in 1999. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from Oxford University in 1998 and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
