Josée Denis is Senior Asset Management, Banking and Asset Servicing specialist with a diverse +30 years of industry experience and sustained record of achievement across the asset management, asset servicing and banking sectors with a broad set of skills developed from a range of roles achieved with a blend of strategic, tactical and operational management.
Today, Josée is an independent Board Director for Asset Management related companies alongside being an Independent Strategic Advisor for governmental and industry associations as well as freelance consulting projects specifically related to the fund industry. Her mandates typically cover both Asset Management and Asset Servicing for all fund types, Microfinance & Responsible Finance, Philanthrocapitalist funding and fund board directorships, as well as delivering related Training & Development, Marketing, Events & Communication programmes.
Josée brings a wealth of experience and strategic perspective to her Board and advisory mandates. Josée’s main focus areas are business development, change management, product management, corporate governance including Independent Board Directorship mandates alongside supporting the definition and delivery of international and local Luxembourg training curriculums, also producing and delivering conferences.
