Clara Dunne is a professional Independent Non-Executive Director and is approved as a PCF2B and PCF3 by the Central Bank of Ireland. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Dublin City University. She has completed a post-graduate non-executive director diploma and holds a professional diploma in compliance. She recently graduated with a BA in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. Clara serves on the board of a UCITS management company for a large Italian portfolio manager based in Ireland, which distributes Luxembourg domiciled funds in Italy and Switzerland, as well as on the board of a global equity UCITS ICAV. She also acts as Chair of the board of a third-party management company in Ireland and as Organisational Effectiveness Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of a large fund administration company. From 2001 to 2019, she held senior executive positions at CACEIS Bank, the investor services bank owned by Crédit Agricole and Santander, including as Managing Director and Country Head of CACEIS in Ireland and as Country Managing Director of CACEIS Bank UK. From 1995 to 2000, she was Managing Director of Mellon Fund Administration Limited (now part of BNY Mellon).
