Mark Davies, Managing Director, Mark Davies & Associates
Mark established Mark Davies & Associates Ltd in 2007 to focus on the movement of individuals and their capital (in particular entrepreneurs and non-domiciled persons who are resident in the UK) and to provide tax advice on complex structures, particularly those involving offshore trusts and companies.
His main interests include tax planning for non UK-domiciled persons pre-immigration, tax planning for non-UK domiciled persons (and for their ‘toys’ – yachts, jets etc.) while they are resident in the UK, in-bound investment in UK real estate and businesses through offshore structures, and UK investors investing abroad.
