Started his career in Transfer Pricing in 2000 as a consultant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte Israel and has since moved to in-house industry roles in the pharmaceuticals industry. Has over 15 years of experience in transfer pricing out of which 8 in in-house roles in both global generic and branded pharma companies and gained valuable experience in managing many aspects of transfer pricing over Europe, EMEA, APAC and North American regions. Ami holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada and an MBA degree from Uno Academic College in Kiryat Uno, Israel. Ami is knowledgeable in documentation, BEPS, US Tax Reform, valuation of intangibles, audit defense, value chain and business restructuring, intercompany agreements, developing TP policies, setting TP’s, TP adjustments and design of an operational transfer pricing system. In addition, Ami has successfully managed several transfer pricing audits in over 15 jurisdictions over multiple regions.
