Hans van Walsem

Hans is an international tax lawyer with a focus on Dutch law. He advises clients on international tax issues, particularly US multinational companies, financial institutions and investment funds. Hans has experience in international restructurings, repatriation planning, M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, financing and ruling negotiations.

Hans previously worked at Loyens & Loeff for 10 years. He did a three year assignment in New York, including at the U.S. law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Hans graduated from the University of Utrecht with a degree in Tax Law (with honors). Hans is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
