Aran Clarke has been with Concert Properties for almost four years. She has led the implementation of a new HRIS system, the development of Concert’s first DEI strategy and most recently supported the build of the change management and business analysis function within the digital transformation project team. Aran has had the great fortune to work with several different organizations and industries over the past 20 years ranging from aviation to banking and now real estate, leading people and talent programs, change management and transformation projects and initiatives
