Catherine Anderson brings her business acumen and nearly two decades of retail experience overseeing operations and strategy. Catherine’s track record of evaluating and capitalizing upon growth opportunities through sound, scalable operation positions her as a well-regarded retail leader whose perspective is in demand for retailers looking to grow. Her current role as Director of Operations for Specsavers, leading the Business Development and Retail Operations teams, puts these skills to work in a fast-paced environment with plans to open 200 optical stores by 2024. Catherine previously held a variety of leadership roles at Aritzia, where she was a driving force for the company’s growth from a national player to an international success story. And more recently she held the Vice President of Business Development title at Starbucks, overseeing the national expansion and store portfolio strategy over seven years of growth and fast-shifting market environments.
