Jeff Lim is a native Vancouverite and has worked in multiple facets of the Vancouver commercial real estate for the past 30 years. He has been with BentallGreenOak for over 15 years and has concluded hundreds of lease transactions of various sizes and complexity. He currently has overall responsibility for roughly 2 million sq. ft. of office premises in Metro Vancouver, including “Bentall 5” and BGO’s new “B6” office tower currently under construction. Prior to joining Bentall, Jeff spent 10 years with GWL Realty Advisors in Asset Management (overseeing their BC Office and Industrial portfolios) and Acquisitions (with direct involvement in approximately $400M of transactions). Previous to GWLRA, Jeff spent a combined five years in Vancouver commercial brokerage (Knowlton Realty) and appraisal (Cumberland Consultants).
