Ms. Kleo Landucci is Chief Commercial & Corporate Affairs Officer at Ashcroft Terminal Ltd. – A Member of the PSA Group of Companies. She took on the role in July 2018, when PSA purchased a majority stake in Ashcroft Terminal. PSA is a leading global port group and a trusted partner to cargo stakeholders around the world. With flagship operations in Singapore and Antwerp, PSA’s portfolio comprises a network of over 50 coastal, rail and inland terminals in 18 countries.
Prior to the Joint Venture, Ms. Landucci served in various capacities, most recently as Managing Director – a position she held from 2016. Ashcroft Terminal is an inland Rail Transloading & Storage Terminal, located in Ashcroft, British Columbia.
Ms. Landucci also serves as CEO & President of CrescentView Investments Ltd. (CVI) a Family Investment & Development company. She previously held the role of Vice President, Business Development & Operations of CVI from 2004 to 2018.
Prior to joining CVI, from 2000-2004, Ms. Landucci worked at Canada’s largest Independent Investment Firm, primarily with the Equity Capital Group in the sales of New Issue products.
Ms. Landucci is a member of the Board of Directors of Ashcroft Terminal Ltd. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Freight Management Association of Canada (FMA). In 2020, Ms. Landucci was elected to the Board of Directors of the Western Transportation Advisory Council (WESTAC). At WESTAC she sits on the Executive Committee and is Chair of the Finance Committee. Ms. Landucci is actively involved in Transport Canada’s Collaborative Forward Planning initiatives, having served as Co-Chair of the Congested areas Committee. She serves on several other industry and association committees including both the Trade & Transportation and Ottawa Liaison committees at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce; the Environment and Energy & Climate Policy Committees at the Business Council of British Columbia; as well as, the Regional Transportation & Infrastructure Committee at the Greater Vancouver Board Trade.
Ms. Landucci regularly presents and participates in industry panels and discussions at Trade, Transportation & Infrastructure conferences throughout North America.
From 2012 - 2016, Ms. Landucci participated in the Executive Business programs at Harvard Business School. She studied at Simon Fraser University from 2006-2007 and completed a Diploma, from Capilano University in 1999. Ms. Landucci lives in Vancouver, BC with her husband and two children.
