Ryan Berlin, as the Senior Economist and Director of Intelligence at rennie, has spent most of the past 20 years working with many of British Columbia’s most successful organizations in real estate, retail and finance, as well as many of Canada’s more forward-thinking municipalities, regional governments and crown corporations. A firm believer in the power of data when used properly, Ryan cuts through the noise and provides insightful market research and analysis to business leaders, portfolio clients, and advisors. Ryan is a current member of the Association of Professional Economists of BC, having previously sat on its board, and is the former Communications Committee Chair for NAIOP.
