Ward McAllister, a fifth generation Vancouverite, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ledingham McAllister, one of BC’s most established and respected Developers. Through his 40 years of experience, he has been involved in all facets of the development and construction industry. Ward establishes and manages the vision and objectives of the company, and has overall responsibility for acquisition, finance, design, approvals, construction and marketing of all Ledingham McAllister projects. Ward is a Past President of U.D.I. Canada, Past President of U.D.I. (Pacific) for three terms and a Board member for over 20 years. He has received many awards and mentions for his contribution to the industry and the community. Ward is regarded as a chief spokesman for a wide variety of real estate matters as they pertain to the public and all levels of Government.
