Wendell Osborne is a Managing Principal of Skyhawk Capital Advisors. Wendell brings deep experience across real estate investment banking and strategic advisory, having advised public and private companies on complex transactions and advisory assignments in multiple sectors. Wendell has expertise across a broad array of transactions including portfolio sales and recapitalizations, programmatic joint ventures, strategic entity-level investments, M&A and board advisory. Prior to Skyhawk, Wendell was a Partner at Brookfield Financial (now Sera Global) where Wendell helped build the U.S. real estate investment banking platform while supporting the growth of the global business. While at Brookfield Financial, Wendell worked in Toronto, London, Munich and New York advising on many of Brookfield Financial’s marquee transactions playing a critical role in its global expansion.
