Andreas Eberhardt is Senior Legal Counsel at Richemont International dealing with group-wide competition law matters. The Richemont Group is active in the luxury goods industry focusing predominantly on (i) jewellery (mainly through its Cartier, Piaget and Van Cleef & Arpels Maisons), (ii) watchmaking (through Maisons such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin or IWC Schaffhausen), (iii) writing instruments (mainly Montblanc) and (iv) other businesses active in the luxury goods industry (including Maisons such as Chloé, Lancel or Alfred Dunhill).

Before joining Richemont in 2013, Andreas was a Managing Associate in the competition department of Linklaters LLP working mainly in the Brussels and London offices but also in the New York, Beijing and Paris offices on various secondments.
