Steve Earner is the head of the RIA custody platform at LPL Financial where he and his team lead the continued development, innovation and expansion of the LPL RIA custodial offering, providing comprehensive solutions to the RIA community. Prior to joining LPL Financial, Steve led the strategy and build out of Raymond James’ RIA & Custody Services division and was previously in a role directly supporting the strategic initiatives of their Chairman and CEO. Before Raymond James, Steve held a number of strategic leadership roles in M&A, corporate finance and portfolio management. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Boston College and his MBA from Columbia Business School. Steve and his family reside in Clearwater, FL
