Alex Dunlop works in a senior client relationship role for Marsh Edmonton’s local, national and global clients. In this role, he is Marsh Edmonton’s leading subject matter expert on property and real estate and is Marsh’s centralized knowledge resource hub for this important sector, forming an integral part of the Canadian and global real estate practice. While also being responsible for client-servicing requirements and coordinating of account servicing and marketing teams, he is also at the forefront of maintaining and participating in North American real estate client and prospect development. The multi-family segment within the real estate practice is focused on apartment owners, strata and condominium corporations, and real estate owners with residential exposure in their portfolios. Alex is also responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Marsh One Enterprise Solutions, while also assisting in the design and implementation of varying insurance programs, providing direction to the client service and broking teams, claims management and advocacy, engaging Marsh Client Advisory, Mercer, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman and regularly collaborating with national and global team members.
