Dan Demers is the Vice President for Real Estate, Development, and Construction at the RMS Group of Companies. The RMS Group is a fully integrated, self-performing Real Estate Development, Construction and Property Management company. With more than 17 years of experience in the industry, and having joined RMS in 2013, Dan has been involved in the development, financing, construction, acquisitions, sales, and turnover of multi-family, commercial, and industrial assets with RMS. As a licensed property manager, he also helps oversees the commercial and residential management of more than $300M in assets throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
