Senior Vice President, Development at Strategic Group

Ken Toews is responsible for development and construction of major real estate projects, overseeing all elements of the real estate development process. He has extensive expertise in low and high-rise residential, retail, office, hotel, mixed-use development, and office conversions. Ken has completed five office conversions and is working on one more. He is a member of the City of Calgary Real Estate Strategy and Development Advisory Committees. Ken is passionate about reenergizing Calgary’s and Edmonton’s Downtown. Toews teaches Mixed - Use Development at the Haskayne School of Business and is a Director of Attainable Homes Calgary.
