Raul Jaime is an experienced Real Estate professional that has been involved in all aspects of asset management and residential operations for many years. At QuadReal, he manages a portfolio of residential assets in BC and Alberta and has been with the team almost from the beginning. Raul has experience managing very unique assets from his days in Government such as courthouses, medical facilities and laboratories amongst others. He also as experience in the non-for-profit sector where he gained invaluable experience in all the intricacies of owning and operating affordable housing. Raul’s passion is finding new business opportunities and optimizing asset performance in creative ways.
