Shaun Jones

Senior Advisor at Altus Group

Shaun Jones is a Senior Advisor with Altus Group in Western Canada based out of the Calgary office. He is part of the overall expert services team and works alongside their Cost and Project Management, Research, Valuation and Advisory Services and Economic Consulting teams. He was recently appointed as the Co-Chair of the Community Housing Affordability Collective in Calgary, a network of over 50 organizations that are working together to make housing more affordable for Calgarians. Shaun also sits on the Planning Research Advisory Committee at CMHC. Shaun and the team at Altus have been focusing on the multi-family markets both here in Western Canada and across the country, supporting their developer partners with everything from feasibility and market studies, development and acquisition due diligence to appraisals, cost planning, loan monitoring and overall development management services.
