Shawn Feldon leads CMHC insured multifamily loan originations at KingSett. Shawn joined KingSett in 2015 as an originator of commercial and residential loans. Prior to KingSett, Shawn held progressive positions with BMO’s Real Estate Finance Group and TD Bank’s National Real Estate Group. Shawn brings to KingSett a comprehensive understanding of mortgage origination, underwriting and funding of construction and term loans across Canada.
