William Secnik is a senior member of the Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”) management team and the Fund Manager of the Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund (“Fund”), an opened-ended, pooled, Canadian real estate fund. William focuses on the overall strategy and performance of the Fund by maintaining a well-diversified portfolio that achieves higher-than-average returns. William has been in the industry since 1996 and has deep experience in all facets of real estate including investments, asset management, valuations, financing, and value enhancement initiatives. Previously, he was a fund manager of a $1.9B real estate fund. In that capacity, William led the fund’s strategy, interfaced with institutional clients, and executed over $620M of transactions. William was also a key investment team member at two TSX-listed firms where he focused on growing a mixed-use real estate portfolio.
