Aaron McDougall has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with Harvard Developments since 1999. Harvard Developments is a multi-generational family-owned company that has been in business for 119 years. Harvard Developments currently has 10 million sq. ft. of owned and managed real estate assets in Western Canada. As the Vice President of Leasing, Aaron leads the team that is responsible for the leasing management of the office and retail portfolio. This portfolio includes 201 Portage, the 500,000 square foot, 32 storey office building at Portage and Main.
