Frank Koch-Schulte is Vice President of Edison Properties and has more than 20 years of experience in Winnipeg’s residential rental market. Frank’s professional focus is onleading innovation while maintaining the exceptional living standards Edison has been providing for almost 60 years. Frank oversees Edison’s portfolio including 26 residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, with three new projects in development. In 2020 Edison broke ground on an innovative Memory Care facility, featuring a specialized care model and state of the art building materials. Frank served two terms as President of the Professional Property Managers Association (P.P.M.A), is the Association’s Political Action Committee Chair, Council Member for the River East Council for Seniors, was appointed to the Landlord Tenant Advisory Council of Manitoba and serves on the board of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
