Joanna Sawh is the Maersk Training’s Head of Commercial for Simulation Division in the North Sea Region. With over two decades of international experience in the maritime and logistics' ecosystem, she is responsible for delivering the best training experience to seafarers, oil&gas, off shore renewable, ports and terminals workforce, Joanna has spent over 20 years in shipping, holding leadership roles in Europe, Asia and the Middle East for major ship owners/managers and the classification society. She has also served the UK Government as a Senior Civil Servant securing inward maritime investment.
