Kate Pike
Director / Associate Professor Emeritus at Field-Research / Solent University

Kate is a highly experienced maritime researcher in the social sciences, with extensive project leadership skills and interdisciplinary experience. Kate’s international research expertise focuses on the human side of shipping including seafarer’s welfare, gender equality and diversity, management and leadership and on-board safety culture.
