A new way to connect with the global ethanol and biofuels industry
You can now attend the World Ethanol & Biofuels conference in person or from anywhere in the world
Your attendance options
The virtual solution
While look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible to the World Ethanol & Biofuels conference in Brussels, we recognise that not everyone will be able to attend the event in person.
That’s why we’ve now launched our new virtual attendance option. For the first time, the World Ethanol & Biofuels conference will provide a common platform for physical and digital attendees. In 2020 you’ll be able to meet an expanded, truly global audience of sugar, ethanol and biofuels industry stakeholders.
New booking options
You can either:
- Attend the physical event AND enjoy the benefits of the digital event too.
- Or book a digital only pass and get remote access to the same speakers, insights, attendees and experts without leaving your home or office.
The best of both worlds
The hybrid event model marries the physical event with a digital equivalent enabling:
- Live content and on demand viewing. The majority of sessions will be live streamed and recorded, so attendees of the physical event can revisit sessions and speakers they missed during the conference. Digital-only attendees can choose to watch some sessions and speakers live, and can also catch-up with content at a time that suits them.
- Both digital-only and physical pass holders will access a single, combined delegate list. Message and arrange meetings with anyone of interest to you, whether they are in Brussels or attending remotely.
Switching digital and physical passes
If you book a physical or digital pass and change your mind further down the line, we can easily switch it for you and amend the price accordingly:
moving from the physical to the digital only pass means you will pay the price of the digital pass available at the time you change your pass.
moving from the digital to the physical pass means you will pay the price of the physical pass at the time you booked your digital pass originally.
A statement from the World Ethanol & Biofuels Conference Director
"We know that our global community is eager to connect again and we are working hard to make it happen. For the first time, we will bring together physical and digital attendees - expanding our community and increasing the number of people for you to connect with.
The 2020 agenda has been thoughtfully put together to comply with the new health and safety recommendations and also to run simultaneously on the virtual platform. Whether you choose to join us in Brussels or attend online, you’ll gain access to live content, a combined networking platform and the ability to set-up meetings with other attendees wherever they are in the world."
