Mr. Brij Bali is the President & CEO of International Talent Hub Inc.(INTTH), headquartered in Ottawa, Canada. INTTH focuses on equipping and engaging non-profits, corporations and youth with skills and resources that contribute positively to their communities and global well-being. Mr. Brij is a Canadian and holds an MBA degree from IMD Switzerland and the University of Geneva.  He is currently a doctoral candidate in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath, UK. With over 30 years of strategic international experience within higher education, philanthropy/charity and corporate sectors targeted at youth and employability, his work aims for greater social value and socio-economic impact into the UN SDG’s. He held leadership roles, including Senior Adviser for two years, at the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development over his tenure (2009-2020) and had the honor to lead strategic Emirati youth initiatives and global partnership development.  His work has delivered on Emirati youth advancement in partnership with the government and private sectors. Previously, he was a Senior Manager for Student Support and Development on the Abu Dhabi campuses of the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2005 to 2009.  Mr. Brij developed Emirati extra-curricular programs that increased fresh graduate employability rates by 20% during his tenure in partnership with the government and private sectors. He has lived and worked across the globe developing trusted partnerships in Canada, the Gulf Region and Africa.  He is an authority on current issues facing youth and the non-profit sector. He contributes significantly to the development of innovative methods and tools such as the development of online internship, mentoring, volunteering and freelancer platforms to facilitate innovative industry-academia partnerships and youth career development through volunteering and new models geared towards youth employability.
