Lee Bagenstose is a Senior Medical Writer working in the Clinical Data Disclosure & Transparency (CDD&T) department at Merck & Co., Inc. and holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Temple University School of Medicine. With a pre-clinical research background in animal models of autoimmunity, he has over 22 years of experience working in medical communications within the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2010, he has worked in clinical trials transparency and results disclosure—first for Bristol Myers Squibb and later for Merck, with a focus on training and best practices.
