Mr. Cuppage is responsible for day-to-day management, sourcing, evaluating and executing investments at Silverstripe. Mr. Cuppage has 20 years of investment structuring and banking experience. Prior to his current role within Silverstripe, Mr. Cuppage headed up European investments at Sherman Financial Group since 2013. During this time, he established their presence in Europe and was involved in over $1bn of equity investments across specialty finance, credit, private equity and real estate. Prior to joining Sherman, Mr. Cuppage worked for IBRC in London in the Leveraged Finance Division where he held a variety of senior management roles, the latter of which was as a senior executive managing and structuring the work out of a £5bn distressed loan portfolio with underlying corporate and real estate assets. Mr. Cuppage holds a BA Hons in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Cuppage is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leader’s Circle. Mr. Cuppage sits on the boards of Perenna Bank PLC, Paydock Holdings UK Limited, Shackle Group Limited and Rimbal Holdings Limited.
