Bjorn is the Founding Partner and CIO of Hereford Capital, a London-based investment firm and winner of the Informa EMex European Emerging Manager Award 2022.

He is a frequent speaker at business schools and fund industry events in the UK, Switzerland and the US, covering private equity fund management, restructuring and distressed-focused investment opportunities in the UK post Brexit.

Before Hereford, Bjorn led the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Expedia Inc responsible for buyouts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to Expedia, he led turnaround, pricing and growth projects at the Virgin Group in the UK, Australia and Macau, and worked as a management consultant with the London office of Bain & Co.

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, with additional studies at INSEAD.
