Florian is a partner and portfolio manager at Ironshield Capital Management LLP. He launched a long/short UCITS fund in 2022 specialized in corporate credit high yield and credit derivatives. He has been managing market neutral portfolios since 2015, both at Pamplona Capital and Palm Lane Capital hedge funds. Prior to Pamplona, Florian worked five years at Chenavari as an investment analyst and was one of the first employees at the hedge fund in 2009.

Florian received a Master’s degree from EDHEC business school and is also a graduate from the London School of Economics in accounting and finance.
