Joe Briggs is the Founder & Managing Partner at Briggs Capital Formation (“BCF”). He has over a decade of experience advising private funds on their setup, capital raising and ongoing investor requirements. Joe started his career as a fund formation lawyer at SJ Berwin and Clifford Chance before moving to the fund placement team at Houlihan Lokey. He studied History with Economics at the University of York, he is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and he has also completed the CFA Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing. Joe was listed as one of the “Best Young Private Equity Personalities of the Year” in the Private Equity Exchange Global Awards for 2023.
