Pascale Andre has over 32 years of experience in the fund and banking industry , acting currently as the Head of Depositary Bank Oversight at Swissquote Bank Europe.

Pascale started her career in audit at Deloitte before moving to Citibank Luxembourg in 2005 where she worked as a senior fund accountant. During her time at Citibank, she was promoted to various positions including Product, Business Implementation, and Client Services Manager. Pascale was also part of Citibank’s Fund Administration management team and headed the bank’s Risk and Control, Governance, Custody Operations, and Fund Oversight teams.

In 2017, Pascale moved to Banque Carnegie Luxembourg as Head of Depositary Control and Oversight. After it was acquired by Union Bancaire Privée Europe in January 2019, she acted as Head of Operations. In November 2021, Pascale joined Swissquote Bank Europe where she was tasked with launching the bank’s depositary business and developing its institutional offering following the acquisition of Keytrade Bank Luxembourg.
