Tom started his career in finance as a trader, before becoming a partner at S&W Investments, co-managing c$1bn investing in companies globally.

As an equity investor he saw the impact of digital disruption on incumbents across many sectors and after 12 years decided to back the challengers, launching Redrice in 2017.
