Prior to his role at Bungalow Funding, Mr. Simon served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of New Penn Financial (now New Rez), where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and expanding the company’s market position. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Caliber Home Loans, leading the company through significant growth and transformation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Simon was the COO of Freedom Mortgage, further solidifying his reputation as a leading executive in the mortgage and financial services sectors.

A graduate of Temple University, Mr. Simon holds the prestigious Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
